Local removal / resction
What is varicose vein local resection?
Ambulatory phlebectomy
It is an operation to remove the blood vessels of varicose veins.
It is a simple removal procedure for varicose veins in a local area.
It is treated with a minimal incision of 1-2 mm under local anesthesia.
It can be treated easily within 10 minutes, but it is not a fundamental treatment, only a local treatment.

STRIPPING
At Charm Vascular Clinic ?
At the Charm Vascular Clinic, we proceed with a small incision
within 1-2 mm to allow the patient to walk immediately after surgery.
The procedure is performed under local anesthesia when there is no abnormality in the root vein (saphenous vein) without severe varicose veins or recurrence of local varicose veins after the surgery. Mostly it is done in 10 minutes and the patient can take off immediately.
Precautions after treatment
-

Some discharge or blood may come out of the needle scar but it will go way after a couple of days. Do not worry and take a light shower.

You may feel discomfort if walking too much so please don't overdo it. However, light walking is recommended.

Drinking may cause inflammation of the surgical site, so avoid drinking for a month after surgery.
-
06
Placing your legs higher during sleeping can help you recover.
-
